As part of our Active Agers movement, we are all about being "Strong and Stable." But being strong isn't just about our physical balance—it’s about having the confidence to handle the unexpected.
We are so proud that 15 of you have already stepped up to say you want to learn these life-saving skills. This training will give you the tools to help your peers, your family, and even support Mel in class should the unforeseen occur. By doing this, you are helping us build a safer, more resilient Cambridge community.
THE DETAILS:
- When: Thursday, 29th October @ 12:30 PM (Approx. 3.5 hours)
- Where: Salvation Army, Cambridge
- What: Basic First Aid, CPR, and an AED (Defibrillator) demonstration.
