74 Queen Street, (Victoria Square, north side)
Classes will be booked using our StudioBookings Ap.

Mat Pilates Tuesday 8.30am & Friday at 6am & 8:30am

This class focuses on precise movement, proper breathing, and alignment throughout a series of exercises that target the powerhouse—your abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes. Expect to utilize small props for added support or intensity.

Cost $15 casual, $65 for 5 classes. Please bring a mat. Wear clothes that are suitable for getting up and down off the floor. And join us at a local cafe for coffee afterwards.

Barre Pilates  Monday 5.30pm, Tuesday 6:00am & Thursday 6:00am

Get ready for an uplifting, feel-good workout. This energetic class blends standing exercises, using a bar or chair for support, with targeted mat work. It’s perfect if you want to tone up fast without any jumping or stress on your joints.

I use fun, repetitive movements and light weights to make your muscles shake (in a good way!)—especially your arms, legs, and backside. You’ll be moving to great music in a motivating setting. Bring your Pilates mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Cost $20 casual, $90 for 5 classes. Please bring a mat. Wear clothes that are suitable for getting up and down off the floor.

HIIT Circuit Friday 7:00am

This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class uses short bursts of all-out effort, followed by quick rests, to deliver maximum results in minimum time.

The focus is on functional moves that train your body to move better and stronger, shaping and toning into a leaner you. Expect a motivating, heart-pounding atmosphere and zero boredom. It's challenging, but the constant variety and speed make it fly by!

Cost $15 casual, $65 for 5 classes. Please bring a mat. Wear clothes that are suitable for getting up and down off the floor.

Community Focused - Well Priced

Being community‑focused means creating a place where active agers feel connected, supported, and genuinely seen. It’s about fostering an environment where relationships grow naturally, where people can share experiences, build friendships, and feel part of something meaningful. When a community is designed around belonging, it becomes a powerful foundation for wellbeing and a key ingredient in helping people live the lifestyle they’ve worked so hard to create.

Affordability is equally important. By remaining well‑priced and accessible, you remove barriers for those who have planned carefully for retirement and want their investment in themselves to stretch further. This balance of value and quality gives active agers the confidence that they can maintain the lifestyle they choose—without compromising on the essentials that help them stay vibrant, independent, and fully engaged in life.

At the heart of it all is the goal of staying as healthy as possible and avoiding unnecessary reliance on the hospital system. By offering environments, programs, and support that encourage movement, social connection, learning, and preventative wellness, you empower people to thrive. Retirement becomes less about slowing down and more about living fully—continuing to explore, contribute, and enjoy life in a community designed to help them stay well and live their best possible chapter.
